It’s chocolate time!

This is the chocolate event you’ve been waiting for, we know we have.

From coffee beans to Fairtrade and from truffles to slabs, the annual Coffee and Chocolate Expo is a delectable dream with endless opportunities to sip, sample and sigh with sheer satisfaction.

We are thrilled about this year as we’ll be hosting a series of Chocolate Theatre Workshops. These workshops will reveal the sweet secrets of making world-class chocolate treats, the art of tempering chocolate, and how to make chocolate decorations like an expert.

If you’re unsure of your skills when it comes to chocolate? Not to worry, Kees Beyers says that anyone can learn to work with chocolate, “You don’t need special equipment or training – our workshops are designed to teach you how to whip up amazing things in your own kitchen in no time at all.”

You will truly learn from the best! The Master Chocolatier himself, Kees Beyers, will be showing you how to wow with chocolate. While our other workshops will be hosted by culinary masters such as Chef Kelvin Joel from the Johannesburg Culinary School, Chef Minette Smith form HTA culinary school, Chef Bryce Grantham from the Saxon Hotel, Chef Cherry Pin from the Hilton Hotel and Chef Beverly from the Palazzo Hotel.

The Beyers Chocolate Theatre Workshops are designed to allow you to unleash your creativity while exploring and experiencing the incredible versatility of chocolate. Just note that these six workshops can accommodate only forty people at a time, so avoid missing out by booking early.
