Decadent Dark Chocolate Pots
- Ingredients:
• 115 g Beyers Sultry Dark Chocolate Slab coarsely chopped
• 240 ml heavy cream
• 50 g caster/granulated sugar
• 0.625 g salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Add the chocolate to a large heat-proof bowl and set aside. Combine the cream, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a microwave-safe bowl or jug. Microwave on high for 1 minute (800W).- Stir, then microwave for 30 seconds until just hot but not boiling. Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and let sit for 1 minute. Whisk together until melted and combined. The mixture should be thick and silky smooth.
Evenly divide the mixture between three 4-ounce ramekins. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set. Garnish with whipped cream and/or chocolate shavings before serving.

Berry Nice Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup berries, fresh or frozen
• 1 Beyers Chocolate Slab Berry Nice Slab
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, oil, and sugar until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined.
Stir in the chocolate chips and berries. Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease the skillet or griddle with cooking spray or butter.
Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot skillet or griddle for each pancake.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Repeat steps 7-8 with the remaining batter.
Melt the Beyers Chocolate Slab Berry Nice Slab in a double boiler or microwave.
Serve the pancakes with the melted chocolate and berries.
