What’s so great about seven, you ask?
Six is afraid of it. Snow White had seven dwarfs. There are seven days in the week, seven colours of the rainbow, seven levels in the diatonic scale and seven directions. We have seven seas, deadly sins, heavens, continents and world wonders. All Boeing passenger jets begin and end with the number seven. There are seven books in the Harry Potter series. When adding the opposite sides of a die, it always equals seven. Seven stands for perfection, security, safety and rest.
We saw how fabulous seven was and just knew we had to represent this great number. Hence, our magnificent seven – our seven slabs. On their own, they are delicious, but together they make a superb gift. So, what are our seven slab flavours?
